Association For Craft Producers
The Association for Craft Producers is a non-profit organization, established in 1984 to provide design, marketing, and technical assistance to low income craft producers in Nepal, one of the world's poorest countries. ACP works with about 1000 artisans from all over Nepal (85% of them are women) who produce textiles, toys, ceramics, and knitwear. Skills training courses are offered at a design and production workshop in Kathmandu which has a capacity of 100 artisans.
