The founder of Kumbeshwar Technical School, a butcher by trade, was concerned about the poverty and class discrimination he saw in his Kathmandu neighborhood. He had a different vision. He built an orphanage, a primary school, and a technical school used to train future carpet weavers, knitters, and carpenters.
