Loan Fund

Your investment can help SERRV provide artisans and small farmers with the working capital and access to credit that they need to truly take advantage of the U.S market.

An investment in the SERRV International Loan Fund allows SERRV to make advance payments to artisans and farmers. These advance payments allow producers to buy raw materials and support their families before their goods are sold. This fund is an investment, not a donation.

Like most of the world's poor, the artisans that we work with are often denied access to credit. The success of micro finance programs all over the world shows how beneficial access to credit can be to the world's poor. This loan fund, based on Fair Trade principles and micro finance standards, offers an approach to economic development for artisans and small farmers in the developing world which is both sustainable and just.

My time at The Enterprising Kitchen has been a wonderful opportunity for me to start over and become independent. My experience helped me plan my future goals....I plan to work in community law and assist nonprofit organizations such as The Enterprising Kitchen. Stella Donald, The Enterprising Kitchen.
